> > IMPACT In the 2017-2018 academic year, Rowdy Corps placed students in 19 community organizations. A total of 21 students enrolled in the program for the 2017 - 2018 academic year. Collectively, students completed an estimated 4,800 work-hours at their respective community agencies in 2018. Students received professional development through Career Services to enhance their resume-building, public speaking and leadership skills. Rowdy Corps build a strong professional portfolio through daily work experiences at their respective agencies. Communication and conflict-resolution, event planning, video production, recruitment, technical writing, mentoring and leadership skills, are constantly being learned by students. Ultimately, this program continues to build future professionals with a strong civic engagement mindset.
